I run Counterpoint on my own, as a sole trader in Prague. I’m just starting, so I don’t have a long client list yet. That’s why I first show you, for free, how it would look fixed at your business.
What I do
Smaller businesses often have customers, products and requests they could get more out of. There’s just no time for it. Past customers in the booking system, an e-shop that isn’t on comparison sites, requests nobody reads, a Google profile with unanswered reviews.
I put these things in order. For most services, you pay part of the price only based on what they actually bring.
How I work
- Nothing goes out without you. I send everything for your approval.
- Only where it’s allowed. I only message your own customers who could refuse messages, always with a way to opt out.
- Plainly. I tell you up front what you pay other companies. If a service isn’t right for you, I tell you that too.
- AI as a helper. It helps me with the work, but I read and check every text myself.

I live and work in Prague and work with businesses across the Czech Republic. I write in Czech and English.
