No cookies, no analytics, no ad trackers. Fonts and scripts load from my own domain. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which briefly keeps technical data (such as IP addresses) in server logs for security and operation.
When you email me
I process your email address, name and message so I can reply and prepare an offer or sample (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps before a contract). I keep that correspondence as long as needed, and no longer than 2 years after our last contact if we don’t end up working together.
When you order
I process identification and billing details and project emails to deliver the work (Art. 6(1)(b)) and to meet tax and accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(c)), for as long as those rules require.
Your customers’ data
If you send me a customer export (Past customers back service), I process it only as a processor under a data processing agreement with you, and only for the agreed messages. You remain the controller.
I only process what you export yourself: name, phone number or email, date of the last visit or order, and whether the customer has opted out. Further processors are the providers of the SMS gateway and of the free opt-out line. I delete the data when our cooperation ends. I keep only the list of opted-out numbers, so that none of them gets another message.
If I contacted you
I contact businesses one at a time: through the form on your website, by Instagram message, by phone (only to numbers that consent to marketing calls in the 1188.cz directory) or by replying to a request you posted. I only use work contact details the business published itself, based on my legitimate interest in offering a service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Reply once to say no and I won’t contact you again. I delete your details and keep only a do-not-contact note.
Who sees the data
I never sell data or share it for marketing. I use standard providers (email, hosting, office tools and, for text messages, an SMS provider) that may process data outside the EU under standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email counterpoint@dkubica.com. You can also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
